Once a package is transferred to the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, international customs issues, or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses.

You acknowledge that shipping carriers operate independently from our business and may experience delays beyond our control.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided directly by the carrier and may vary based on:
Destination
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Peak holiday seasons
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:
Shipment confirmation
Tracking number
Carrier details
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipment fees.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages (Carrier Liability)
We are not responsible for:
Packages lost in transit
Carrier delays
Stolen packages after delivery
Damages caused by the carrier during shipping
However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
6. International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or customs issues, the customer is responsible for:
Reshipment fees
Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
