Thank you for choosing PickleClean! We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your PickleClean product, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your product was lost during shipping

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase

To qualify, requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used more than once

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Free promotional items or giveaways

Note: Amazon orders must follow Amazon’s return system.

3. How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photo or description of the issue

  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

We usually reply within 24–48 hours.

4. Returns (If Required)

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Issue a refund without requiring a return

  • Ask you to return the unused portion of the product

  • Provide a prepaid return label (for certain cases)

Products must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method (Amazon, credit card, etc.)

  • Replacement items are shipped within 1–2 business days

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no cost to you.
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

7. Amazon, eBay & Third-Party Marketplaces

If you purchased PickleClean through:

  • Amazon

  • eBay

  • Instagram Shop

  • Google Shopping

  • Authorized retailers

Please follow their return process first, as each platform has its own policies.

We will still support you if the marketplace cannot resolve your issue.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the carrier

If still missing, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
